Bill's expertise was a huge reason why our home sold in just one weekend for above asking price. He was called in last minute when our previously scheduled photographer cancelled, leaving our family in a bind after our home had been professionally cleaned for the photos. Without any prep time he came out the same day he was called and completed an awesome set of photos which helped get attention for our home immediately, and multiple offers on its first weekend on the market.
